We need a data-obsessed Growth/Acquisition Marketer to help us find product-market fit. Your mission is simple: get our first 1.000 paying users efficiently. If you view marketing as scientific experimentation and thrive on raw data, this role is for you.
Required Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing, strong fluency in setting up and analyzing Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Who you are:
Proven track record of designing and running low-budget, high-impact marketing experiments.
Expertise in one core acquisition channel (e.g., SEO, paid social, or email/CRM marketing).
Ability to clearly report on key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and rapid pivots based on data.
Compensation: Project-based with a clear structure for success metrics (e.g., paid upon hitting a user acquisition goal).
