We’re looking for an ambitious Fractional CTO / Tech Lead to join our remote-first team and architect the technical foundation for our flagship multi-platform content product. You'll define the MVP from the ground up, selecting the core technologies, establishing security protocols, and managing the development workflow. The Role:

The Fractional CTO/Tech Lead will be responsible for defining the technical vision, architecture, and deployment strategy for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of lean development, security, and scalability for a content-driven platform. You will manage the work of the Full-Stack Developer and ensure all technical decisions support rapid, data-driven iteration.

Required Experience: 6+ years in software development, 2+ years in a lead/architect role.

What We Need:

• Proven expertise in designing scalable, content-heavy web applications.
